Please be informed that some of our employees have been exposed to COVID-19 (not diagnosed) as their family members/immediate contacts have been diagnosed as COVID-19 patients. We deeply care about the health and safety of our customers and business partners and, in this time of an unprecedented pandemic, we are treating health and safety as a top priority guiding our business decisions.

In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health the affected individuals and those who have been in close contact have been requested to self quarantine for 14 days, and to report their health monitoring results periodically. Furthermore, to ensure complete containment of the virus we have isolated the affected work sites and carried out rigorous cleaning and disinfection immediately.

If you need to contact a branch manager or any other official of Allianz please e-mail/call and make a prior appointment to avoid any inconvenience. We encourage all our customers to continue using our website or other payment gateways whenever possible and only a visit a branch/facility for urgent assistance.
