Allianz Insurance Lanka successfully hosted the InLearn Intern Up-Skilling Program on 16 December 2025 at our Head Office Learning Hub, bringing together over 60 interns from across the insurance industry for an inspiring afternoon of learning and collaboration. Conceptualized by the HR Sub-Committee of Insurance Association of Sri Lanka , this initiative featured an interactive dialogue with Prashant Grover, CEO and Country Manager of Allianz Insurance Lanka, who shared valuable insights on leadership and learning agility, alongside expert sessions on data privacy and information security by Devdinee Devapura and Yoshika Kehelpannala.  
 
Interns also gained a deeper understanding of Allianz’s brand values and customer-centric approach through a session led by Kasun Yatawara.  
 
The program was moderated by Charitha Bandara (Head of Sales Learning Academy)and was organized by the People & Culture team of AZLK and was attended by over 60 interns representing both life and general insurance entities across the industry.
