“SheResumes” is an initiative designed to support female professionals who have taken a career break, offering them the tools, skills, and a platform to network with like-minded professionals. The program aims to strengthen their self-confidence and readiness to re-enter the workforce.​

​Through structured re-skilling and up-skilling sessions, networking opportunities, and job search support, participants will be equipped to successfully navigate their professional resumption journey. The project enables these individuals to leverage their prior experience while connecting them with corporate partners, thereby fostering a strong community of career returnees.

Job Search Support - Connect participants with corporate partners offering job placements, contract opportunities, and mentorships.


Job Skill Development -Provide essential workplace skills and refresh participants' capabilities to enhance their contribution to identified job roles.


Mindset Shift -Help participants develop a positive mindset and readiness for professional reintegration through well-being management insights, mentoring, and career coaching.


Worklife Harmonization -Guide participants in establishing work arrangements that align with their individual circumstances, including flexible work models and career aspirations.

Female professionals with 4+ years of professional and/or academic qualifications, who have taken a career break for personal reasons and have been away from full-time employment for 3+ years, looking to return to work within the next three months.

We invite corporate partners to collaborate on this initiative to create more opportunities for participants. By partnering with us, your organization can contribute to a meaningful social cause while benefiting from access to a talent pool of skilled professionals ready to return to work.​

​Our collaborative model pools resources, expertise, and networks, ensuring mutual benefits for both participants and corporate partners while strengthening diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

  1.  Cost: Free for all participants (Subject to a mutual agreement to complete the program and obtain certification).
  2. Entry requirements: Application based selection, followed by an interview process.
  3. Participants per Batch: 30 participants.
  4. Duration: 8 weeks (56 hours), conducted on weekdays.
  1. Design, Plan, and deliver the program end-to-end.
  2. Cover all logistics, branding, and communication expenses.
  3. Execute external communication strategies, including media coverage, social media campaigns, TV/radio interviews, and pre/post-event articles.
  1. Support a significant social cause,strengthening your brand's reputation.
  2. Gain visibility as acorporate leader in diversity and inclusion.
  3. Access skilled professionals returniing to the workforce, reducing hiring costs.
  4. Brand recognition as a "SheResumes" Corporate Patner, aligning with corporate social responsibility goals.
  1. Share relevant job openings with the "SheResumes" Community.
  2. Offer priority consideration to "SheResumes" candidates based on merit.
  3. Provide 3-month to 1-year job contracts for program graduates (minimum 2).
  4. Ensure the pre-agreed "SheResumes" remuneration package for successful placements.
